01. DO BORING STUFF REGULARLY
When you do anything in life daily it became boring after a few times, but if it is good like gym, prayer, workout, reading, and learning you should continue it regularly and shouldn’t leave. 04. LEAVE A BOOK IN THE BATHROOM
Many people think it’s not a good idea but they do not know the average person spends 30 minutes a day in the bathroom that’s the equivalent of 20 pages read. Most books have a maximum of 300 pages you can read a whole book in two weeks. two books a month or 24 a year.

According to many studies, 30 minutes workout is enough for your physical health not for those who want to become athletes or players in the Olympics. This workout may be walking, running, or different exercise in the gym or at home. You find it easier when you seriously think about your health.
Healthier people do the innovative things that ailed can’t do. Health would be the top priority in everyone’s life.
06. TAKE 10 MINUTES FOR YOUR MENTAL HEALTH
Most successful people practice some form of meditation, it helps you to clear your head and organize your priorities. It helps to prevent negative thinking in the mind and improves the power of the mind to do much work. Meditation daily for only 10 minutes helps you manage stress, lower your risk of illness, and increase your energy.
