Plumbers and carpenters earn decent wages and are well compensated. They have their own automobile and smart cell phones. They live a nice and prosperous life by offering the greatest services possible with today’s contemporary tools.
While educated young people are hesitant to enter these fields. Only those young individuals who are unable to advance academically pursue these fields. It is an unfortunate fact that skills without the proper training are of limited utility.
People working in these industries are unable to adopt current practices due to a lack of education. On the other hand, when educated people develop skills, the effects are far-reaching. These fruits benefit not only the person but the entire society.
Finally, the Plumbers and Steamfitters Union in the United States state of Maryland teaches pupils skills during their education, allowing them to become financially independent. 15 occupations require training rather than schooling.
While lakhs of people are unable to find work as a result of inadequacies in the education system, many firms are unable to find qualified candidates.
