Everyone in the world has the same time but some are creative and some are not. Some of them got successful and some of them failed. Creative and successful persons know how to save time. You should also learn HOW TO SAVE TIME IN YOUR DAY.

1. Mono Tasking

Focus on single-tasking or mono-tasking at a time. When you focus on more things or tasks at a time it will exhaust you and no task will complete properly. Focusing on many tasks at one time you also feel stressed. But when you focus on one thing your productivity and your efficiency go higher.

You heard or read somewhere in your life that a writer wrote a bestselling book when he was jailed or residing away from people. This is due to their focus on one thing i.e. writing.

You can also write a bestselling book, do creative things, and be successful when you focus on one task at one time.

Imagine you are driving all day and also thinking about writing. Or just after driving you are trying to write or trying other creative tasks. It can be very difficult for your brain to do both creative tasks at one time or to switch from one task to another immediately.

Most people around us argue that they are multitasking, but studies show that only 02% of people in the world can do multitasks at one time. Other than 2%, 98% of people can’t do it. They try to multitask but they failed to do so. Even they can’t complete one of these multitasks properly.

2. Time Block; Logical and creative

According to many researchers, a person can’t be logical and creative at one time. He can be logical in the morning and can be creative in the evening, or creative during the day.

So choose logical time to do your logical task and creative time to do the creative task. These tricks help you to save time and become successful in your life. 

Here I will write some steps to choose your logical and creative tasks and complete them at the best time. 

Write down your to-do list accurately.  Remember all your daily tasks and write them all on one simple page. These tasks can be creative and logical. Don’t vary between them. 

Draw a line between the page and write two headings. One side writes logical tasks and the other side writes creative tasks. Now choose from your defined tasks and write each column accordingly. Which task do you think is logical write it on the logical side and which task is creative write its creative side. 

After dividing your tasks in two ways now is the time to divide your time to complete these tasks. Write down the best time for every task according to the weather, timetable, lifestyle, and mood.

 Some people like to do the gym in the early morning but some do in the evening. Some people like reading in the morning and some before sleeping. It depends on everyone’s lifestyle and mood. The To-do list of everyone will be separate for getting success. Make your own to-do list, and divide tasks according to your lifestyle for completion. Don’t copy the same from other successful people. 

3. Include everything in the schedule

Most people do not schedule their tasks with time, and those who schedule include only the biggest tasks, like going to meetings, attending seminars, and receiving important guests. They do not include most tasks that they are doing in their daily routine. 

Everyone should schedule their routine with the schedule and also should include all the tasks like exercising, reading, writing, yoga, walking, breakfast to dinner, and family time. 

If you are not scheduling your task with time start immediately, if you are scheduling and not including all minor tasks in the schedule then start including all tasks in this. This is the best Tip to study and work smart and save time.

This trick allows you to prioritize the tasks. You can choose easily which task is more important than the other. Mostly we miss personal tasks like gym, exercise, and family time and prioritize other professional tasks. The chance of missing any task due to any reason will also be zero.

When you start to schedule everything with time you will see the magic of time-saving. You can save more time. The tasks of your daily routine will be increased with this tip.

4. What’s the 1 thing I need to achieve today?

You never heard about this secret method of saving time. It’s about your big goal in life. What you want to achieve in your life. Break down it into little steps and work on it along with your daily routine tasks.

For example, if you want to achieve a big designation in a company and now you are working in a small position then breakdown it down into little steps. Learn daily new skills that move you toward that position. 

If you are poor and want to be a billionaire then you should work on it daily basis. Save a little amount daily, adopt the daily habits of billionaires, and learn new skills of business daily, which will make you a billionaire.

5. Have a monthly goal

This tip belongs to the above-mentioned tip i.e. to achieve 1 thing daily. If you achieve 1 thing daily then you have 30 achievements in a month. Successful people have well knowledge about this tip. And they also work better on it.

For example, if you study 50 pages daily along with your social and professional tasks. You can read approximately 3 to 4 books in a month. This reading will expand your mind. You will be able to achieve your goal in a better way automatically.

 Successful people mostly schedule their time with one achievement daily, one achievement weekly, and one achievement monthly. These all achievements are separate but belong to each other.

6. Habit Stacking

I wrote in tip number one that you should focus on one task at a time. Now I tell you more about how to get more from this one task. Why you should focus on this one task.

Focus on one task and immerse in this activity. For example, When you are cooking then carefully feel the scent and sound of cooking, try to improve it, try how you can make it better and more comfortably, and try to introduce new skills and recipes in cooking.

The same things apply to all activities. Don’t hear podcasts during hiking. Be present on one task and enjoy nature during hiking. 

Many people think that you can learn more during a simple activity, you can listen to podcasts during driving and will know something new. It’s not a bad thing but you can also learn and know many creative and logical lessons during driving without listening to podcasts and just focusing on driving.

7. Do the same things in the same places and same time every day

This best tip to save time in your day. We should do the same things in the same places and same time every day. When you do exercise daily at the same time and the same place daily then your brain will become habitual of this activity at this place and this time. You will be able to get more results from the same activity. You will do the same thing in less time after some period.

Divide your home into different sections. Select a different section for every activity permanently.  A section for exercise, a section for prayer, a section for reading and writing, and a section for entertainment. This is a magical tip that will change your life.

You will do the same activities easily and also save more time. You never procrastinate, and never miss any activities among them. Try to include the best habits which improve your social and professional life.

8. Proper Sleep

What we learn in the daytime, is transferred automatically into permanent memory in our brain when we sleep properly. Proper sleep means you should sleep for a long time without any disturbance. Remove all complications which disturb you during sleep. 

You can save time you spend trying to remember the same lesson. You spend time repeating the book and don’t know that during sleep this lesson automatically become a permanent part of your memory.

The best time of sleep is in the early night and waking up early in the morning. Read the 5 AM Club book of Robin Sharma and learn how to be creative in the morning.

Many people tell you that you should reduce your sleeping time to do more activities. It’s only a myth because a lot of research tells us those who sleep from 07 to 08 o’clock daily properly are more productive than those who sleep less.

Every part of our body performs a different activity when we sleep than at the alert time. And these activities are better for our physical and mental health. So sleep properly and achieve your goal easily. Our liver transfer food into blood, our abdomen digest, and the kidney detoxify themselves, etc. during our sleep.

So sleeping is not a waste of time. It is better and compulsory for improving our life. It’s better to be a successful and better tip to save time.
