Confidence is a feeling of trust in one’s abilities, qualities, and judgment. Confidence comes from knowledge, practice, and expertise. If someone asks you about something you don’t know, you are scared, you feel insecure, but if you expert in this field, you read many books about it, you practiced a lot, and you know every feature of this then you answer with confidence and calmness. For example, if you need to swim in a pool or the sea or the river, and you don’t know anything about swimming, you will be scared, and insecure but if you expert in swimming, you swam many times before, you have practiced a lot, you know all tricks about swimming and water, then you ready to swim easily, you feel confident.

Many organizations and experts researched and conducted studies on confidence and found many types of confidence. Here we mention only three of them which are well-known. These types are inflated confidence, low confidence, and high confidence. Know about these types of confidence before Building Confidence in Any Situation.

LOW CONFIDENCE:

people with low confidence think that they are below average and don’t trust in their abilities. They have a poor relationships and also suffer from addiction, fear, depression, and anxiety.

HIGH CONFIDENCE:

people with high confidence, think that they are good and trust in their abilities. They compete in every challenge in life. People with high confidence learn emerging skills and technologies, their criticism is corrective. They invest in themselves to learn, dress and friendships.

INFLATED CONFIDENCE:

it is the negative type of confidence. People with inflated confidence think about themselves that they are better than others, they can hurt someone other to achieve their success or any benefits. They form relationships only with those who can give them some benefits.

Let’s suppose you’re going to a foreign country that you don’t visit before, you can’t speak the language of this country. How confident would you be to communicate with others? Exactly you feel fear, depression, and anxiety, you want to live away from people.

What would you do to learn a new language in the country where you moved? You would start with some basic words, some basic greetings, some basic things, phrases, and idioms, and then you start using it, it builds a little bit of confidence and when you learn how they pronounce the word you do more and more and that builds your confidence. So practice creates confidence, and confidence comes from confidence. 

Practicing gives you more confidence. It’s the same with everything every goal. think about anything that you’re not good at right now and start learning, start practicing, start book reading, start listening to podcasts, start watching videos about that and start meeting people who are experts in those skills to gain confidence or increase confidence.
